Publish an Order

(1) Enter the Publish Order Page:

• After logging into the “WeLook” app, go to the "Publish" section and tap the “Publish Order” button to access the new order page and start the publishing process. See image: Publish

(2) Add a Location:

• On the new order page, tap the “Add Location” button to enter the desired location selection screen.
• From the location list, choose a specific place (e.g., "Ōmori") to proceed to the route editing screen.
• On the map in the route editor, use dragging and zooming to precisely select the desired spot. Then tap the “Add Location” button at the bottom to add it.
• You may add one or more locations based on your needs. If multiple locations are selected, you can adjust their order for photo shooting.

(3) Save the Route:

• Once you’ve confirmed all the locations to be added, tap the “Save Route” button. You’ll return to the new order page to continue with the next steps.

(4) Fill in Order Details:

• On the new order page, enter the number of photos required and the shooting requirements for each location.
• Make sure to provide accurate and detailed instructions that clearly communicate your expectations.
• Once all fields are completed, tap the “Publish Order” button to proceed to the order confirmation screen.

(5) Confirm and Pay for the Order:

• On the order confirmation screen, carefully review all the information and the price breakdown. If everything is correct, tap the “Pay for Order” button.
• A payment popup will appear. Enter your card number, password, and other necessary information to complete the transaction. Once the payment is successful, your order will be officially published.

(6) Wait for the Order to Be Accepted:

• After successful payment, you will see a message confirming that your order has been published. It will then enter a "Waiting for acceptance" status.
• You can check the status of your order from the list of published orders:
  • Blue: Waiting for acceptance
  • Green: Accepted
  • Orange: Awaiting payment
  • Red: Canceled

(7) View the Photos:

• Tap on a completed order entry to open the order details page.
• On the details page, go to the “Completed Photos” section, where all uploaded photos for the order are listed.
• Tap a photo to enlarge it and view its details more clearly. You can use this to verify whether the results meet your original request.

When using the order publishing feature, please ensure a stable internet connection, carefully fill in all information, and verify payment details to ensure smooth order submission.
