WeLook Quick Start Guide

Welcome to WeLook — a real-time remote photography service that lets you "see the site without being on-site." No matter where you are, just a few simple steps will bring you instant photos of the place you care about. This guide will help you quickly understand how to request a shoot, view photos, communicate with photographers, and access after-sales support.

1. What is WeLook?

WeLook allows you to see a location without having to go there yourself. Simply submit a photo request through the app, and a certified photographer will go to your specified location, take the photos, and upload them to the platform.

2. How to Quickly Request a Shoot

  1. Open the WeLook App and tap "Request" on the home screen
  2. Enter shoot details:
    • Location or route
    • Number of photos per location
    • Desired angles and content (e.g., "front entrance", "clear view of signage")
  3. Review and pay for your order
  4. A certified photographer near the location will be automatically assigned

3. Check Your Order Status

  • After placing an order, go to the "Request" page to track:
    • Whether a photographer has accepted the order
    • Shooting progress
    • Delivered photos
  • If no photographer accepts your request for a long time, you may cancel the order and apply for a refund.

4. After Receiving Photos

  • Once the photographer uploads the photos, you can view and download them in the app.
  • If you believe the photos don’t meet your requirements, you can request after-sales support.

5. Refunds & Order Closure

  • Before the photographer accepts: You may cancel anytime and receive a full refund
  • After the photographer accepts:
    • If you manually close the order (i.e., cancel shooting), it will be treated as completed — no refund
    • If the photographer fails to deliver on time, you may apply for a full refund
    • If the photos don’t meet your requirements, you may request after-sales support, and WeLook will review the case
