Terms of Use

Article 1: Introduction

  1. These Terms of Use (hereinafter “these Terms”) govern the service “WeLook” (hereinafter “the Service”), which allows users to post and view content such as videos, images, recorded audio, and user‑created text.
  2. Users must agree to these Terms to use the Service. By using the Service—including registering an account, posting content, or viewing content—users are deemed to have accepted these Terms.
  3. If a user is a minor, use of the Service constitutes confirmation and agreement by the user and their parent or legal guardian to comply with these Terms; users under the age of 13 are not permitted to use the Service.
  4. If a user belongs to a talent agency, organization, or similar (hereinafter “agency”), and any restrictions or obligations result from that affiliation, the user must confirm compliance with these Terms with the relevant party and receive permission before using the Service, at their own responsibility and expense.
  5. Imamemo Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “the Company”) provides only the platform for posting and viewing user‑created content (hereinafter “User Content”) via the Service. All actions—including posts, contracts, or disputes—between users are the sole responsibility of those users; the Company does not intervene in transactions, refunds, guarantees, or disputes, unless there is intent or gross negligence on the Company’s part.
  6. The Company may revise these Terms at any time, for any reason, using a method specified by the Company. Revised Terms become effective when (unless otherwise specified) displayed on the Service and the user subsequently uses the Service, or after a reasonable period. The Company will not individually notify users of changes. Users are responsible for checking the latest Terms at all times. The Company assumes no liability for damages arising from changes, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
