Cancel an Order
(1) Applicable Scope:
- Only orders that are in the "waiting for acceptance" status can be canceled. Orders that have already been accepted cannot be canceled using this method.
(2) Steps:
- Locate the order that is waiting for acceptance, and tap to enter the order details page. On this page, tap the “Report a Problem” button. A “Report a Problem” popup will appear.

- In the popup, select the “Cancel Order” option. You will be redirected to the “Cancel Order” page.
- On the “Cancel Order” page, you may optionally provide a reason for cancellation depending on your situation.

- After confirming the information, tap the “Confirm Cancel Order” button to successfully cancel the order.

(3) Refund Information:
- Once the order is successfully canceled, the system will automatically process a refund. The refunded amount will typically be returned to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Please wait patiently and monitor your payment account for updates.
