Refund Policy

WeLook is committed to providing high-quality and transparent remote on-site viewing services. To protect the rights of both users and photographers, we have established the following refund policy:

1. Refunds Before Order Acceptance

  • After placing an order, users have 2 days to wait for a photographer to accept the request.
  • Before the photographer accepts the order, users can cancel at any time and receive a full refund.

2. Refunds After Order Acceptance

Once the photographer has accepted the order, they will complete the shoot within 4 days based on the user's requirements. The refund policy during this stage is as follows:

  • If the user voluntarily cancels the order before the photographer completes the shoot, it will be considered as order completion. No refund will be issued, and the photographer will receive reasonable compensation.
  • If the photographer fails to complete the shoot within 4 days, the user is entitled to cancel the order and request a full refund.
  • After receiving the photos, if the user believes the photos do not meet the specified requirements, they may submit a refund request. If WeLook confirms that the photographer made a significant error, a partial refund or a reshoot may be arranged at our discretion.

3. Additional Notes

  • The specific refund outcome of each order will be determined based on shooting progress, communication records, and platform assessment.
