1. Publish an Order

  • Add a Location: Select the exact location you want photographed
  • Set Photo Requirements: Specify number of photos and desired angles
  • Confirm Payment: Review order details and complete payment
  • Wait for Acceptance: A certified photographer nearby will be automatically matched

💡 Tip: Be as detailed as possible with your photo instructions so photographers can clearly understand your expectations

2. Order Status Guide

  • 🔵 Blue - Waiting for Acceptance: Order published, waiting for a photographer
  • 🟢 Green - Accepted: Photographer has accepted the order and is preparing
  • 🟠 Orange - Pending Payment: Order is awaiting payment
  • 🔴 Red - Canceled: Order has been canceled

3. Order Cancellation & Refunds

When you can cancel:

  • Before photographer accepts: Cancel anytime for a full refund
  • After photographer accepts: Cannot cancel directly, but you may request a refund

When you can request a refund:

  • Photos don’t meet the specified requirements
  • Photographer fails to deliver on time
  • Service not provided as agreed
